How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? You can click the Forgot your password button on the login page for CertCrowd.

New Risk Assessment

You will receive a temporary password to your email address. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as it is an automated email

On the login screen, input your email address in the Email field and paste the temporary password into the Password field.

Click Sign-In

You will be prompted to set up a new password on the next screen.

I never received the email with the temporary password​

If you have waited some time and still don't have an email from us with your temporary password, send an email to help@certcrowd.com using the email you use to log into CertCrowd and we will help you reset your password

We need the email to come from the email you use for CertCrowd for verification purposes
