Non-Operation Days and Holidays

Everyone needs a break. Whether its weekends, Holidays, or your business runs so efficiently, you are only there 1 day a week. We can adjust our CertCrowd Calendar so that your actions don’t drop on days you aren’t there and you’re left with negative results for not tending to them while you’re off work.

Note only the user with “Account Settings” permission can manage the Account Calendar.

Go to the top level Dashboard, then click the Configuration Gear in the top right hand side

Click Account Calendar

To set your working days press the Edit button in the top right then add/remove days as required. Press Submit when done.

To add holidays or closing periods, press Create New Excluded Date then enter a description along with the excluded date range (if it’s for a single day just put the same date in both fields). Press Submit when done.

The new excluded date range now appears in the Excluded Dates section. To remove an Excluded Date press Edit in the top right, then Remove next to the date you want removed.

After you add an excluded date range CertCrowd will move Action Instances away from those dates to the next available days.
